REFUND & RETURN
More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase!! If something doesn’t look for feel right, please email us at contact@simplylivingpro.com and we’ll make it right!

Cancellation & Modification
If you change your mind about your purchase, please sending us an email to contact@simplylivingpro.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 4 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Please be informed that:

Items can be return/exchange and get a refund within 30 days of receiving the product, in an unlikely event of the damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you.
NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.

Replacement & Refund
Lost In Transit

If your order is still in transit and it has exceeded 4 weeks, your order may be lost in transit by the shipping carrier. Contact us after 4 weeks from the ship date to receive a full refund.

Damaged Box

If your product has arrived damaged as a result of mishandling by the shipping carriers you must contact us within 3 days of delivery to receive a full refund or partial refund. To be eligible, a photo and short video must be provided as proof.

Defective Product

We monitor the production of our products to ensure strict quality control. However, if your item has a defect that prevents it from working correctly, you may be entitled to a refund if submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with photo/video proof to process your refund.

Products under any kind of wear or tear, or from improper use, will not qualify for a refund.

Wrong Item Shipped

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our support team with photo evidence. Full refunds will be issued upon further investigation.

Product Not As Described

If you are not satisfied with the item you ordered, you may be eligible for a refund if a request is submitted within 3 days of delivery. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the restocking fee will be deducted from your total refunded amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in original packaging.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please contact your bank to find out how long it takes for refunds to be posted.
